- Foot towel: It has a footprint and is made of 250 grams of fabric, measuring 50 x 70 cm. Its texture is highly absorbent.
- You can wash it on a delicate program at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees. No bleaching. You can dry it at low temperature or by hanging it. It is suitable for dry cleaning. It does not shrink or fade after washing.
If a product you purchase through our website is faulty, you must contact us via the online support section on our website within 7 days of delivery. Following this information, the faulty product will be returned to us via the shipping company and replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is due to customer use or has been used within the 7-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. The conditions for product returns and exchanges are subject to the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
Once the order and payment are confirmed, products will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Orderers will be informed of any products that are out of stock or unavailable.
When you order by credit card, bank approval can be received instantly and your order can be taken into preparation immediately.
If the product you paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within this period, the payment will be refunded.
