• Once your order and payment are confirmed, products are shipped within 1–3 business days.
• If a product is out of stock or cannot be supplied, customers will be informed immediately.
• For orders placed with a credit card, bank approval is received instantly, and your order is processed without delay.

Out of Stock Policy

• If a product you purchased online is out of stock, the waiting period is minimum 4 days and maximum 30 days.
• If the product cannot be delivered within this period, your payment will be fully refunded.

• Our company works exclusively with Yurtiçi Kargo.
• No extra fees are charged at the time of delivery.

Returns for Damaged Products

• If your product arrives damaged, please return it through the same courier company (Yurtiçi Kargo) that delivered it.

Important Note

• Orders are valid only within Turkey.
• International delivery is not available at the moment.

Return & Refund Policy

• Returned products must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with their original box, packaging, and any standard accessories (if applicable).
• The original invoice of the product delivered to the Buyer or to a third party must also be included.
  If the invoice was issued on behalf of a company, a return invoice must be provided along with the product.
  Returns of orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed without a return invoice.

Refund Timeline

• Once the Seller receives the withdrawal (return) notice, the Seller is obliged to refund the total payment and return any documents that put the Buyer under obligation within 10 days.
• The Seller must also ensure that the financial refund process is completed within 20 days.

Buyer’s Responsibility

• If the product’s value decreases or return becomes impossible due to reasons caused by the Buyer, the Buyer shall be responsible for compensating the Seller’s loss proportionally.

Campaign & Discounts

• If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the order total to fall below the campaign/discount limit, the discount originally applied will be canceled.
